It serves as an official Stellenbosch Municipality platform or WhatsApp line for residents to report service delivery issues like:

• water leaks
• potholes
• electrical faults
• refuse collection
• illegal dumping
• etc

Make sure you keep your reference number so that you can send it to FHRPA to follow up on your behalf if you do not get feedback within a reasonable time period.
